Our Purpose and Way of Life

What the House Is For

Most people try to change alone. You make a plan, adjust your routine, watch something motivational. For a while, it works. Then it slips. Days blur. You drift.

Maybe you’ve already made progress. You’ve cleaned up your habits, built some discipline, seen real improvement. People around you notice—but you’re not satisfied. The big goals still feel out of reach, and momentum comes and goes. You’re better than before, but not where you want to be. And deep down, you know there’s more in you.

This house offers a different path.

It is a space for intentional living—towards discipline and community with others who want the same. A place where structure keeps your goals in motion. Goals don’t stay in your head; they become part of your surroundings.

Each member of the project defines their goals individually. One might be wrapping up a master’s thesis while trying to build youtube channel, another job-hunting after graduation, another scaling an online business while diving into dating again. The house doesn’t push anyone toward a single outcome; it supplies the space and rhythm to advance on your own track—with support if wanted.

Framework of the Project

  • Weekly Check-In: Every Wednesday evening, we meet to review the past week. We talk about what went well, what didn’t, ask for feedback from others, and set goals for the week ahead. Attendance is expected unless discussed in advance.

  • Media Use: We approach digital media usage with intention. Each member is expected to reflect on their habits and reduce passive consumption that drains focus or energy. No hard bans, but we check ourselves—and each other—to stay aligned with our goals.

  • Work Environment: The living room functions as a coworking space during daylight hours. Headphones on; conversations kept quiet and purposeful. You can talk, but the default setting is focused work.

  • Personal Development Budget: Each member commits at least €100/month toward personal growth—coaching, courses, therapy, or something similar. You may be asked to share receipts or progress to stay accountable.

  • Quiet Hours: Late evenings (typically after 10 PM) are kept quiet to protect rest and early work hours. Use headphones for media or calls. Respect each other’s sleep and focus.

  • Shared Meals: Meals are a chance to connect, share progress, and unwind. It's not mandatory, but we aim to eat together when we can. Phones stay off the table to keep the focus on real conversation.

Why Community Matters

  • Accountability: People notice if you’re skipping morning runs or doom-scrolling before bed. They might nudge you, or just ask how things are going—both simple reminders that your goals weren’t just talk. It’s not about policing each other; it’s about showing up for one another so we can all keep growing.

  • Shared momentum: One person hits a new personal record in the gym, another lands a freelance client, and suddenly everyone catches a spark. Progress feels possible—maybe even inevitable—when it’s happening all around you.

  • Collective resilience: Alone, when things get hard, it’s easier to fall off track. A failed launch, silence from clients, bad news from home—any of it can wreck your focus. But when there’s someone to listen, or someone to hit a café with when you need to reset, it’s easier to keep going.

  • Community: A five-minute chat while making coffee can do more for your morale than an hour spent alone trying to distract yourself. The best kind of community isn’t just friendly—it’s made up of people who share your pace, your values, and your hunger. You’re still doing the work, but you’re not carrying the weight alone.

What We’re Not

A strong culture isn’t just built on shared goals; it’s also built on clear lines. If we are going to live and prosper in a place like this, it’s just as important to know what doesn’t belong here.

  • Not a bootcamp: There are no drill sergeants here. No one’s forcing you to wake up at 5am or fire off 50 cold emails before lunch. You set your pace—but that also means you take responsibility. No excuses. No hiding behind someone else’s structure.

  • Not a therapy circle: We support each other and talk openly—but this isn’t a place to endlessly vent without taking action. If you’re stuck, speak up—but be ready to move forward. Growth starts with ownership.

  • Not a party flat: This isn’t a place to numb out, get hammered, and drag your hangover into the next morning. That kind of living drains momentum from everyone. If you’re chasing fleeting highs, you’ll be out of place here. Occasionally it’s fine but when’s several times a week it shows that you are not serious

  • Not a vacation house: This isn’t your chance to “try living in Germany” for a few months and see how it feels. You’re not here to sightsee—you’re here to build. Freiburg is beautiful, yes—but that’s not the point. If what you’re really after is a chill vibe with scenic backdrops, go book an Airbnb. This place is for people who are ready to work on themselves, not just change the view.

Who This Is For

We’re not looking for perfection—we’re looking for commitment. You don’t have to be advanced in every area of life, but you do need to be serious about getting better.

  • You already have an online business, freelance work, or a remote job—or you're actively building toward it. That’s not a requirement, but it’s a big plus. We’re building a space where focused, self-driven work is the norm.

  • You’re tired of distractions and want a structure that actually helps you make progress.

  • You’re open to honest feedback—not just from others, but from yourself.

  • You’re willing to talk about what’s not working and listen when others challenge your blind spots.

  • You’re hungry for change, but not just in theory. You’re ready to put time, energy, and money behind your goals.

  • You want to live with people who move with purpose—and expect the same from you.

  • Your goals might have professional (business, career clarity) or personal (dating, discipline, health), but either way—you want a space that accelerates your growth, not slows it down.

You don’t need everything figured out. But you do need to show up with intention and respect the space. This house will give you leverage—but only if you bring the effort.

Ready to Join?

You’ve read this far for a reason.

If this project speaks to you—if you want to live with men who move forward, keep each other sharp, and take their growth seriously—reach out.

You don’t have to commit right away. First step is a call. We’ll talk, see if there’s a good fit. If there is, you’ll get the chance to visit for a week or two. Feel the rhythm, meet the crew, test the environment yourself. No pressure. But no pretending either.

This might be the push you’ve been needing. A space that keeps you focused. People who challenge you. Time set aside to build something real.

Most people drift through years waiting for that kind of momentum. You don’t have to.

One spot is still open. If you're thinking about it—this is the time to move.
